Getting six pack abs need lots of commitment from both your nutrition and exercise plan, time depends on how much fat you already to burn before your six abs are seen.

You can mix it with milk, or change the flavor that you're buying.

Since you don't want to follow a diet, you need to focus on exercises, to both burn that extra fat in your belly, and tighten the muscles in that area, and for that; follow the workout plan guild lines in this article. and if your are scared of gaining six packs like men, don't be, women don't have the ability to grow muscles as fast as men due to low testosterone levels.

High protein diet is safe for general healthy people, but could cause an issue for persons who are ready fro kidney diseases.

In general keep your protein intake from 10-30 % if your daily caloric intake, and not more than 35% if you train regularly.
