Reaching My ideal weight and getting leaner

During the last two weeks it was difficult to maintain my workout routine due to time management difficulties in the holy month of Ramadan, so I had to reduced exercising days down to two days per week, and reduced high intensity workouts, to avoid over-thirst and exhaustion.

But as a result of fasting and following only the main guidelines in Fitnessyard's regime in Ramadan, I lost additional 2 kilograms, and saw the most significant change in my waist line circumference.
