1. First thing you have to do is to Stand straight up with your feet around your shoulder width apart, and your toes pointing out at around 30 degrees.
2. To keep you body weight in a balance Interlock your fingers and straighten your arms out in front of you or you can just cross your arms on your waist.
3. Now keep your back straight and slowly squat down keeping your knees in line with your toes.
3. And finally; if you want to repeat the exercise don’t lock your knees out at the top of the movement.

The most important tip is to do the squat keeping your back straight and your eyes facing forwards ,chest out and don’t let your knees come forward as you squat down, In other words squat down as if you were about to sit down on a chair.
