1. As a starting position you have to be standing then put all your weight on one leg.
2. Point the toe and just lift the leg up and down in front of your body, make sure that your upper body is stable, your abs and core stays nice and tight, keep your focus on the legs.
Tips and Advises:
The key to making this move safe and effective don’t shift your upper body back when you lift your leg up, just keep your focus on lifting the leg only.
