1. Your starting position is to stand straight up with your feet shoulder width apart, put your hands on your waist.
2. Now Begin the movement by twisting your knees and hips, and sit back with your hips.
3. Lift your legs using your toes and go up and down, then reverse the motion until you return to your starting position.
Tips and Advises:
1.Don’t forget to keep the head looking forward with your spine straight and Sit back and down between the knees, keeping your chest up the whole time. Make sure you're not falling forward or rounding your back while doing the movement.
2.Remember to stretch out a bit and warm up if you've never done this exercise before, Being warmed up will ensure that your muscles are able to work at their fullest and you will be able to prevent injury.
