1.Stand straight up, position your feet in a wide distance and place a kettle-bell on the ground between them, and then hold the kettle-bell with your two hands this well be your starting position.
2.Stand up and go down as in regular squat while holding the dumbbell, keeping your chest and head up the whole time.
*Tips and Advises:
1.Don’t forget to keep the head looking forward with your spine straight and Sit back and down between the knees, keeping your chest up the whole time. Make sure you're not falling forward or rounding your back while doing the movement.
2.Remember to stretch out a bit and warm up if you've never done this exercise before, Being warmed up will ensure that your muscles are able to work at their fullest and you will be able to prevent injury.
3.You can use a dumbbell to maintain this exercise if you don't have a Kettlebell .
