1.Lie face down on the leg curl machine between bench and lever pads with knees beyond edge of bench and lower legs under lever pads, and then grab handles.
2.Keep your body flat on the bench and flex your knees then raise the pads to back of thighs.
3.Slowly return the pads back to the starting position until legs are fully extended, and return.
Tips and Advises:
Make sure that your body remains stationary on the bench though out the exercise and move only legs.
