This exercise targets in first place your Back muscles, in addition to Biceps, Forearms, Shoulder, Traps, Lats and Chest muscles; by pulling the V- Bar neutral grip handles close to your chest.

1.Sit on seat and grasp the V-Bar with a neutral grip handles; this is your starting position. 2.Keep your back Straight then pull the handle to your chest 3.Slowly return the bar back to the starting position until arms are fully extended, and return.Tips and Advises:Make sure that your back and shoulder remains stationary though out the exercise and move only arms.
