This exercise works with your Quadriceps in first place, in addition to Calves, Glutes and Hamstrings muscles, while step on the bench with one foot by extending hips and knees while holding dumbbells to increase exercise intensity.
Primary Body Part
1. First stand straight up and place one of your foot on the bench while holding dumbbell with both hands.2. Step on the bench and push your body up by extending hips and knees of the leg placed up, until your leg is straight.3.Slowly return back to the starting position and repeat the movement.Tips and Advises:1. It’s important to keep your back straight during the exercise.2. You can alternate between legs while doing this exercise.
