5 minutes a day with these types of Pilate’s workouts can sculpt and tone your stomach and butt:

1) Chest Lift Your Way to A Flatter Stomach with simple 2 steps!

A. Lay flat on your back with your knees bent and feet about hip width apart while Settle your upper back into the floor, As you do this keeps the small space underneath your low back and Firmly interlace your hands behind your head,

B. Lift your chest towards your knees. Keeping your Abdominals engaged and hold the move, then lower your chest back down to the floor, and repeat.

2) “Sculpt Your Stomach with a 3 Steps workout”

A. First lie down with legs straight and forming 30 degrees angle with the floor. And interlace arms behind head; this is your starting position.

B. Now curl up and bring your right elbow and shoulder across your body while bring your left knee in toward your left shoulder at the same time. Reach with your elbows and try to touch your knee, while pushing your right leg in a straight form.

C. Now go back down to the starting position as you inhale and repeat with the left palm and the right knee.

3) Get Rid Of Your Stomach Pooch With The 4 Steps Double Leg Stretch!

A. First lie down and lift about five inches off the floor with legs straight and forming 30 degrees angle with the floor. And place your arms in a straight form in front of your body with your palms facing down; this is your starting position.

B. Now simultaneously crunch your abdominals and bring knees toward the chest.

C. Return to the starting position and repeat the exercise.
