1- Cut the flour tortillas into 8 wedges (you can use Pita bread).
2- Brush or spray baking sheet with oil.
3- Sort tortilla wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet and brush or spray lightly with oil.
4- Now sprinkle with salt or seasoned salt, chili powder or other spices you like.
5- Bake at 160 C until crisp and lightly browned, (takes about 10 minutes).
6- Optional: serve it next to a souse of your choice.
