1.Sit down on the leg curl machine with lower legs under lever pads forming 90 degrees with thighs, and grab handles positioned beside the bench.
2.Flex your knees then raise legs with pads to straight form front of the body.
3.Slowly return the pads back to the starting position, and return.
Tips and Advises:
Make sure that your body remains stationary on the bench though out the exercise and move only legs.
