1- Preheat oven to 200 °C.
2- Peel and cut sweet potatoes into wedges.
3- In bowl mix together wedges and rest of the other ingredients.
4- On a cooking tray lined with tin foil, spread out wedges and bake for 25 minutes or until tender and golden.
